Ampersand Consulting was retained to run a media program for a slate of three Democratic nominees for Washington County (PA)’s row offices in 2021 — Recorder of Deeds, County Controller, and Sherriff.  We produced a program that consisted of three mail pieces, two radio ads, and a series of targeted digital display ads.
