Ed Gainey won his seat in the Pennsylvania General Assembly in 2012 by defeating a 20-year incumbent. Ampersand served as general consultant and direct mail provider to the campaign in 2012 and on his re-elections in 2014, 2016, 2018, and 2020.
Ampersand designed and oversaw Rep. Gainey’s field and Election Day programs, trained staff and key leadership team members, provided fundraising planning and execution, oversaw campaign strategy and planning, and executed direct mail programs.
