Progress Dormont was the campaign arm supporting a slate of reform candidates for Dormont (PA) Borough Council in 2015. The slate consisted of both an incumbent and two challengers. Progress Dormont retained Ampersand to provide strategic oversight and direct mail. The slate swept the election, taking the top three spots, with each candidate qualifying for one of the seats.
In 2017, Ampersand again provided support for a slate of candidates — this time 4 Council candidates and one candidate for Mayor. All 5 candidates won election.
