Ampersand has served as General Consultant to Bruce Kraus since he was first elected to office in 2007, including re-election campaigns in 2011, 2015, and 2019. Ampersand was able to help Councilman Kraus take the office after falling short in a special election the year before. Ampersand has provided campaign strategy and planning, staff oversight, voter targeting, fundraising, and direct mail.
