Sivan Nizan works with our candidates to ensure timely execution of media plans and to provide creative content to win elections.

Sivan has experience in program management at the YWCA of Greater Pittsburgh and the Pennsylvania Center for Women and Politics. She is an alum of multiple leadership programs, including NEW Leadership Pennsylvania, and PLEN Women and Congress. Additionally, she worked as a canvasser, field director, and campaign management for several local and state level campaigns in southwest Pennsylvania. At Ampersand Consulting, she focuses on client services, content creation, and social media strategy and optimization.

Sivan is passionate about increasing representation – gender, LGBTQIA+, socioeconomic status, and racial – in all levels of government. She earned her B.A. in Economics and Policy Studies from Chatham University, and lives in Greenfield with many plants. In her free time, she enjoys knitting, reading, and cooking.
